Amy spent her early years helping her parents with their work. She has two siblings. She attended Career Connections Charter High School. From the beginning, she was interested in the sport and other physical activities. This helped her later in life, when she decided to link her professional career with sports. Amy completed her studies at Grove City Area High School and enrolled at Nova Southeastern University in 1998 in order to get her BS in elementary teaching. Although she enjoyed sports but felt she had a desire to teach and was drawn to working with children. She completed her ME in Special Education from Waynesburg University in 2002. Her focus was on teaching children with autism spectrum disorders, as well as other neurological conditions. Amy has a postgraduate certificate in personal training. It is accredited by ACE NETA & AFFA. Amy is a businesswoman and a certified American fitness professional. She enjoys living a life of quiet and is able to keep it for a number of years. She is married for a long time to her boyfriend Matthew Polinsky. Matthew Polinsky is her husband. He was a champion in Wwe and has been an announcer for the last 11 years.
